Since completing my Masters of Science Physiotherapy degree in the U.K., I have been helping people make sense of their pain.
In the last decade, I have worked with chronic pain clients in B.C. helping them understand their pain and guiding them on their path to recovery.
In our first session, a virtual initial assessment will be performed to understand your symptoms and movement abilities, in order to customise treatment strategies to your needs.
To reduce the number of last minute cancellations we require prepayment for the first session. Your therapist will put this charge through the day before your first appointment. Please ensure that your card accepts this type of charge and there are enough funds available. Cancellations within 24 hours of subsequent appointments will be charged the full session rate.
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor. My specialties include young adults & youth counselling, and supporting members of the LGBTQ2 communities. I am a collaborative and client-centered therapist who utilizes a mixed modality, such as EMDR, CBT, acceptance and commitment, DBT, and somatic/mindfulness, with a cultural-sensitive lens.
